注記

ビジネス開始ConversationFeeカテゴリ

  • Marketing – 意識の向上から販売の促進、顧客の再ターゲット化まで、幅広い目標を達成するために使用します。例としては、新製品、サービス、または機能の発表、ターゲットを絞ったプロモーション/オファー、カート中止のリマインダーなどがあります。

  • Utility – ユーザーアクションまたはリクエストをフォローアップするために使用されます。例としては、オプトインの確認、注文/配送管理 (配送の更新など）、アカウントの更新またはアラート (支払いリマインダーなど）、フィードバックアンケートなどがあります。

  • Authentication – ログインプロセスの複数のステップ (アカウント検証、アカウント復旧、整合性の課題など) で、ワンタイムパスコードを使用してユーザーを認証するために使用されます。

  • Authentication-International – と同じ を使用しましたAuthenticationが、お客様のビジネスは別の国を拠点とする Authentication-International 料金の対象となり、会話は国の開始時刻以降に開かれました。

テンプレートメッセージを送信して会話を開始すると、1 つの ConversationFeeと 1 つの に対して課金されますMessageFee。これにより、同じ顧客に送信する各テンプレートメッセージが個別の として請求される 24 時間のウィンドウが開きますMessageFee。24 時間の間に、テンプレートメッセージは同じタイプである必要があります。そうしないと、新しい会話が開始されます。

Authentication-International FeeType がいつ適用されるか

Authentication-International FeeType がある国のリストについては、 AWS 「エンドユーザーメッセージング料金表」のWhatsApp」を参照してください。

国呼び出しコードに Authentication-International FeeType がある WhatsApp ユーザーとのAuthentication会話を開くと、次の場合にその国のAuthentication-International料金が請求されます。

  1. ビジネスは、WhatsApp ビジネスアカウント全体で 30 日間に 750K000 件を超える会話を開き、国通話コードが Authentication-International レートの国である WhatsApp ユーザーとやり取りします。詳細については、WhatsApp ビジネスプラットフォームデベロッパーガイド」の「適格性」を参照してください。

    Meta は、ビジネスが対象であると判断した場合Authentication-International、該当する国と 30 日間の移行開始時刻に関する E メール通知の送信を試みます。
