Work with integrations in Amazon Quick Suite
Integrations in Amazon Quick Suite connect you to external applications and services for AI-powered analysis and automation. With integrations, you can perform actions in external applications and bring data from external applications to enhance your AI agents and chat experiences.
You can create three types of integrations:
- Action connectors

Initiate real-time calls to perform actions in external services. Use action connectors to address user natural language chat requests, automate workflows, send notifications, and/or trigger processes in connected applications.
- Data access integrations

Connect Quick Suite with external applications to access data. Data access integrations serve as the foundation for creating knowledge bases. You cannot use these integrations directly for analysis.
- Knowledge bases

Connect to data access integrations to make specific content accessible for AI analysis. Choose which data or knowledge to include from external applications. Add knowledge bases to spaces or use them directly with chat agents.
Use the Integrations tab in the Amazon Quick Suite console to create these connections. You can connect to Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, Google Drive, Amazon S3, web crawlers, OneDrive, and other supported applications.
Note
Not all applications support all integration types. Available options depend on each application's capabilities.
