使用 Amazon EventBridge 事件來追蹤畫面錄製狀態

使用 Amazon EventBridge，您可以近乎即時地檢視客服人員畫面錄製的狀態。每個客服人員畫面錄製的事件包括成功/失敗狀態、失敗代碼與描述、錄製位置、錄製大小、已安裝的用戶端版本，以及畫面錄製開始和結束時間。

注意

除了 AWS GovCloud （美國西部） 之外，支援 Connect Customer 客服人員畫面錄製的每個 AWS 區域都可以使用 Amazon EventBridge 進行畫面錄製狀態追蹤。 在 Connect Customer 中設定和檢閱客服人員畫面錄製

建立規則以符合 Amazon EventBridge 事件

若要訂閱螢幕錄製狀態的 Amazon EventBridge 事件，您需要建立符合已定義事件來源和事件詳細資訊類型的 Amazon EventBridge 規則。這可以透過 AWS 主控台或 AWS CDK 程式庫達成。

使用 AWS 主控台建立規則

在 AWS 主控台中，在 Amazon EventBridge 中建立新規則 → 匯流排 → 規則。

使用範本事件模式

從下拉式清單中選取定義的事件模式。

事件來源下拉式清單顯示已選取 aws.connect。
顯示已選取畫面錄製狀態已變更的事件模式。
