getAssetFilter

Gets an asset filter.

Prerequisites:

• Domain (--domain-identifier), asset (--asset-identifier), and filter (--identifier) must all exist.

• The asset filter should not have been deleted.

• The asset must still exist (since the filter is linked to it).
