      This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the Datum.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via Datum.builder().

      When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to datumList(List<Datum>).

      datumList - a consumer that will call methods on Datum.Builder
      Returns:

      Additional loss function configuration passed to the engine. Supported keys are clip_low_threshold (valid range: 0 to 1) and clip_high_threshold (valid range: 1 to 10). Unsupported keys are rejected.
