Managing account communications

AWS Marketplace uses your AWS account root email address for important communications, including KYC verification updates and account-related requests. Monitor this address regularly and respond from the same email when requested.

KYC verification emails come from <seller-verification-enquiry-aws@amazon.co.uk> or <account-confirmation-eu@amazon.co.uk>. To find your root email address, choose Settings and then Notifications in the AWS Marketplace Management Portal.
