# DeleteWorkspaceInstance

Deletes the specified WorkSpace

**Important**  
Usage of this API will result in deletion of the resource in question.

Unique identifier of the WorkSpaces Instance targeted for deletion.  
Type: String  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 15. Maximum length of 70.  
Pattern: `wsinst-[0-9a-zA-Z]{8,63}`   
Required: Yes

## Response Elements

If the action is successful, the service sends back an HTTP 200 response with an empty HTTP body.

Code identifying the service experiencing throttling.

Indicates invalid input parameters in the request.

List of fields that failed validation.
