在此層級，組織會從卓越營運轉型為可擴展創新，專注於建立可重複使用的元件和模式，以加速整個企業採用生成式 AI。重點是從個別生產部署轉移到建置功能，以啟用自助式功能、標準化模式和自動化工作流程，同時最佳化成本並大規模維護控管。與專注於特定生產工作負載的第 3 級不同，第 4 級可透過標準化和可重複使用的元件快速部署大量生成式 AI 應用程式，從而實現整個企業的效率和生產力提升。

+ 多個部門已廣泛採用生成式 AI。
+ 組織已建立全企業生成式 AI 基礎設施和工具生態系統。
+ 操作模型和 RACI 矩陣已定義並實作。
