# 大型遷移中的工作流程
<a name="workstreams"></a>

大型遷移專案通常由多個工作流組成，每個工作流都有明確的任務範圍。每個工作流都是獨立的，但也支援其他工作流來完成相同的目標 – 大規模遷移伺服器。本節討論大型遷移的標準核心工作流，以及常見的支援工作流。

## 核心工作流
<a name="core-workstreams"></a>

無論公司規模或客群為何，每次大型遷移都需要核心工作流。以下是每個核心工作流主要角色的概觀：
+ **基礎工作流** – 此工作流著重於為大型遷移準備人員和平台。
+ **專案控管工作流** – 此工作流管理整體遷移專案、促進溝通，並專注於在預算內和按時完成專案。
+ **產品組合工作流** – 此工作流中的團隊會收集中繼資料，以支援遷移、排定應用程式的優先順序，以及執行波動規劃。
+ **遷移工作流** – 使用波動計畫和從產品組合工作流收集的中繼資料，此工作流中的團隊遷移和切換應用程式和伺服器。

在大型遷移中，資訊和活動會從上游流向下游，如下表所示。資訊來自上游基礎和專案控管工作流、透過產品組合工作流，以及遷移工作流。例如，產品組合工作流位於遷移工作流的上游，因為產品組合工作流會準備中繼資料和波動計畫，讓遷移工作流用來遷移和切換應用程式和伺服器。在大型遷移專案中新增其他支援的工作流，可能會變更透過核心工作流的資訊和活動流程。

您需要為大型遷移專案指派專案層級的技術領導者。此角色不是任何個別工作流的一部分，但所有工作流都負有全部責任。此人員會監督所有工作流程，以確保它們一起運作，並專注於專案層級的目標。

## 支援工作流
<a name="sup-workstreams"></a>

支援工作流支援核心工作流。這些工作流是選用的，您可以根據您的使用案例和遷移的目前階段決定使用。以下是一些您可能想要包含在大型遷移專案中的常見支援工作流：
+ **安全與合規工作流** – 此工作流定義並建置目標 AWS 基礎設施的安全標準，並支援遷移。
+ **雲端操作 （雲端操作） 工作流** – 此工作流會在 Hypercare 期間完成時，管理切換後的應用程式。
+ **應用程式測試工作流** – 此工作流會在切換之前和期間執行應用程式測試。
+ **專用工作負載遷移工作流** – 此工作流支援特定專用工作負載的遷移，例如 SAP 或資料庫。

您可能不需要專用工作流程即可進行這些活動。通常，讓個人或一組人員負責這些活動，然後將這些人員嵌入其中一個核心工作流。例如，每個大型遷移都需要安全與合規人員，因為您需要確保您的目標基礎設施是安全且合規的。不過，安全性和合規評估和決策通常會在遷移初期執行，通常是在調動階段。如果您已完成此操作，則不需要專用工作流程即可重複相同的任務。不過，建議您在遷移工作流程中嵌入安全與合規人員，以支援遷移活動。
