Type: Array of [DimensionGroupDetail](API_DimensionGroupDetail.md) objects  
Required: No

 ** Metric **   <a name="performanceinsights-Type-MetricDimensionGroups-Metric"></a>
The metric type to which the dimension information belongs.  
Type: String  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 0. Maximum length of 256.  
Pattern: `.*\S.*`   
Required: No
