# reboot

The **reboot** command reboots the Outposts server. The command will not display any response if its successful, as the Outpost device will reboot.

**Syntax**  

```
Outpost> reboot
```

**Parameters**  
This command has no parameters.

**Example output: Success**  

```
Outpost> reboot
```
No response displayed if the command succeeds.
