# 將 Connect Customer 的安全設定檔指派給聯絡中心使用者

## 將許可指派給安全性設定檔的必要權限。

您必須先使用具有**使用者 - 編輯**許可的 Connect Customer 帳戶登入，才能將安全性設定檔指派給使用者，如下圖所示。或者，如果您是第一次建立使用者帳戶，則需要使**用者-建立權**限。

根據預設，Connect Customer **Admin** 安全性設定檔具有這些許可。

## 如何指定安全性設定檔

1. 檢閱 [Connect Customer and Contact Control Panel (CCP) 安全性描述檔的最佳實務](security-profile-best-practices.md)。

1. 登入 Connect Customer 管理網站，網址為 https：//{{instance name}}.my.connect.aws/。

1. 選擇**使用者**、**使用者管理**。

1. 選擇一或多位使用者，並選擇**編輯**。

1. 在**安全性設定檔**中，視需要新增或移除安全性設定檔。若要新增安全性設定檔，請將游標移動至該欄位，接著從清單中選擇安全性設定檔。若要移除安全性描述檔，請選擇其名稱旁的 **x**。

1. 選擇**儲存**。
