Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 255.  
Pattern: `arn:aws(|-cn|-us-gov):neptune-graph:[a-zA-Z0-9-]*:[0-9]{12}:graph/g-[a-zA-Z0-9]{10}`
