List memory records

The ListMemoryRecords operation lets you retrieve memory records from a specific namespace or under a particular namespace path hierarchy without performing a semantic search. This is useful when you want to browse all memory records under a namespace hierarchy or when you need to retrieve records based on criteria other than semantic relevance.
