# 查看以太网网关上的 LED 灯
Amazon Monitron 以太网网关顶部的 LED 灯表示网关的状态。每个网关都有一个黄灯、一个蓝灯和一个绿灯。绿灯表示电源已接通。黄灯表示网关已连接到以太网。蓝灯表示网关的蓝牙已连接到传感器。

# 放置和安装以太网网关

## 网关的放置位置
您可以根据工作区域的布局将网关安装在工作区域内的任何位置。网关通常安装在墙上，但您也可以将其安装在天花板、支柱或任何其他位置。网关必须安装在距离其支持的传感器 20 至 30 米的范围内，以太网网关必须离以太网电缆足够近，以方便插入。请注意，以太网网关通过以太网电缆供电。
安装网关时还要考虑以下因素：
+ 将网关安装在高于传感器（2 米或以上）的位置可以扩大覆盖范围。
+ 在网关和传感器之间保持开阔可以扩大覆盖范围。
+ 避免将网关安装在建筑结构上，例如裸露的钢梁。它们可能会干扰信号。
+ 尽量绕过任何可能对信号产生电子干扰的设备。
+ 如果可能，请在传感器的传输距离内安装多个网关。如果一个网关不可用，传感器会将其数据传输切换到另一个网关。安装多个网关有助于避免数据丢失。两个网关之间没有最小距离要求。
## 安装以太网网关
在工作区域安装网关所需的几乎所有用具都包含在装有网关的盒子里：
+ 网关
+ 壁挂支架
+ 双面胶
+ 四颗安装螺丝
安装网关时，请将壁挂支架放在墙上或其他位置，然后将网关安装在支架上，以太网电缆插口向下。
支架有三种安装方式：螺丝安装、双面胶安装和塑料扎带安装。选择哪种安装方式取决于网关是安装在墙上还是其他位置，也取决于表面材料。
要安装支架，请选择以下方式之一。
**螺丝安装**
通常，您可以使用网关盒中随附的安装螺丝将支架直接安装到墙上。请从正面安装支架。您可能需要使用膨胀塞或拨动螺栓（不提供）将螺丝固定在墙上。

## 开启网关
1. 壁挂支架安装好后，将网关抵在支架上，将网关背面的两个塑料挂钩插入支架底部的插槽中。

## 调试网关

1. 将网关放在最适合与传感器通信的位置。

# 以太网网关检测故障排除
向项目或站点添加网关时，只要选择**添加网关**， Amazon Monitron 移动应用程序就会开始扫描该网关。如果应用程序找不到网关，请按照以下故障排除提示操作。
+ **确保网关已通电。**检查网关右上角附近的绿色小灯。如果绿灯亮起，则表示网关已通电。
如果网关没有通电，请检查以下内容：
+ 以太网电缆是否牢固地插在 RJ-45 插口中？
+ 以太网电缆另一端的路由器是否工作正常？
+ 以太网电缆是否工作正常？ 要进行这一测试，请尝试将电缆连接另一个网关。
+ RJ-45 插口是否干净？ 还请务必检查以太网电缆另一端的插口。
+ **确保网关处于配置模式。**只有在处于配置模式时， Amazon Monitron 移动应用程序才会找到新的网关。当您打开网关时，**蓝牙**和**网络** LED 指示灯会缓慢闪烁，交替闪烁黄灯和蓝灯。当您按下**配置**按钮进入调试模式时，黄灯和蓝灯会快速交替闪烁。

+ 如果在按下按钮之前 LEDs 显示除慢速闪烁之外的任何顺序，则网关可能无法进入配置模式。在这种情况下，请按下**重置**按钮重置网关。
+ **确保智能手机的蓝牙功能正常。**网关通过蓝牙连接到您的智能手机，因此蓝牙也可能造成中断。请检查以下事项：
+ 智能手机的蓝牙功能是否开启并正常工作？ 请尝试关闭蓝牙并再次打开。如果没有作用，请重启手机并再次检查。
+ 网关是否处于智能手机的蓝牙连接范围内？ 蓝牙连接范围相对较小，通常不到 10 米，而且其可靠性可能会有很大差异。
+ 蓝牙信号有没有受到电子干扰？
+ **确保该网关没有针对任何项目接受过调试。**在调试之前，必须从所有现有项目中删除该设备。
如果上述方式都无法解决问题，请尝试以下操作：

# 正在检索 MAC 地址详情
要检索您的 Amazon Monitron 网关的媒体访问控制 (MAC) 地址，您可以使用手机扫描网关设备上的二维码。当您扫描二维码时，Amazon Monitron 会同时返回 MAC 地址和网关 ID。
如果您是 IT 管理员，则可以使用扫描的 MAC 地址来确保网关设备在调试之前使用正确的网络设置进行配置。如果您是调试网关的技术人员，则可以使用扫描的 MAC 地址与 IT 管理员一起解决任何网络问题。
**注意**
只有亚马逊 Monitron 移动应用程序支持通过扫描二维码来检索 MAC 地址。
