Communication service providers (CSPs) use public cloud services to address key business goals across four areas: networks transformation, customer experience management (including OSS and BSS), IT modernization, and innovative solutions for industry verticals.

Although the network architecture is similar across these different cases, the specific architecture and services used vary depending on the part of the network being deployed.
