Updating the AWS OpsHub application - AWS Snowball Edge Developer Guide

Effective November 7, 2025, AWS Snowball Edge will only be available to existing customers. If you would like to use AWS Snowball Edge, sign up prior to that date. New customers should explore AWS DataSync for online transfers, AWS Data Transfer Terminal for secure physical transfers, or AWS Partner solutions. For edge computing, explore AWS Outposts.

Updating the AWS OpsHub application

To verify that automatic updates are enabled for AWS OpsHub

  1. On the AWS OpsHub dashboard, choose Preferences.

  2. Open the Updates tab.

  3. Verify that Automatic updates enabled is selected. Automatic update is enabled by default.

    If Automatic updates enabled is not selected, you will not get the latest version of the AWS OpsHub application.
