RCS messaging

Rich Communication Services (RCS) for business in AWS End User Messaging lets you send verified, branded text messages to recipients in the United States and Canada. RCS is the next evolution of SMS — not a separate channel. RCS messages are delivered to the same native messaging app that recipients already use for SMS, making it an in-place upgrade rather than a new app to install. Verified brand identities inspire trust, encourage conversations, and drive better business results. When RCS delivery is not possible, AWS End User Messaging can automatically fall back to SMS.
