GetAWSOrganizationsAccessStatus

Get the Access Status for AWS Organizations portfolio share feature. This API can only be called by the management account in the organization or by a delegated admin.

If the action is successful, the service sends back an HTTP 200 response.

The following data is returned in JSON format by the service.

AccessStatus

The status of the portfolio share feature.

UNDER_CHANGE indicates that a change to AWS Organizations access is in progress. After EnableAWSOrganizationsAccess, this is the period, usually less than two hours, in which AWS Service Catalog counts the accounts in your organization. If the status then changes to DISABLED, the organization has more than 15,000 accounts and access was not enabled. For more information, see EnableAWSOrganizationsAccess.
