Updated requirements for console logo

Updated the partner manifest and logo guidelines to indicate that partners must provide both a light mode and a dark mode version of the logo to display on the Security Hub CSPM console. The logos must be SVG format.

Updated the prerequisites for new integration partners

Security Hub CSPM now also allows partners who have joined the AWS ISV Partner path, and who use an integration product that has completed an AWS Foundational Technical Review (FTR). Previously, all integration partners were required to be AWS Select Tier Partners.

New FindingProviderFields object in ASFF

Updated the information on mapping findings to ASFF. For Confidence, Criticality, RelatedFindings, Severity, and Types, partners map their values to the fields in FindingProviderFields.
