Train incident response staff

Training your incident response staff on the technologies their organization uses will be crucial for them to adequately respond to a security event. Responses might be prolonged if your staff members don’t understand the underlying technologies. In addition to traditional incident response concepts, it’s also important that they understand AWS services and their AWS environment. There are a number of traditional mechanisms to train your incident staff, such as online training and classroom training.
