Namespace: Amazon.IoT.Model
Assembly: AWSSDK.IoT.dll
Version: 3.x.y.z

Syntax

C#
public class UpdateDimensionRequest : AmazonIoTRequest
         IAmazonWebServiceRequest

The UpdateDimensionRequest type exposes the following members

Constructors

NameDescription
Public Method UpdateDimensionRequest()

Properties

NameTypeDescription
Public Property Name System.String

Gets and sets the property Name.

A unique identifier for the dimension. Choose something that describes the type and value to make it easy to remember what it does.

Public Property StringValues System.Collections.Generic.List<System.String>

Gets and sets the property StringValues.

Specifies the value or list of values for the dimension. For TOPIC_FILTER dimensions, this is a pattern used to match the MQTT topic (for example, "admin/#").

Starting with version 4 of the SDK this property will default to null. If no data for this property is returned from the service the property will also be null. This was changed to improve performance and allow the SDK and caller to distinguish between a property not set or a property being empty to clear out a value. To retain the previous SDK behavior set the AWSConfigs.InitializeCollections static property to true.
