Container for the parameters to the PublishLayerVersion operation.
Creates an Lambda
layer from a ZIP archive. Each time you call PublishLayerVersion with the
same layer name, a new version is created.
Add layers to your function with CreateFunction or UpdateFunctionConfiguration.
