Deploys a custom model for on-demand inference in Amazon Bedrock. After you deploy
your custom model, you use the deployment's Amazon Resource Name (ARN) as the modelId
parameter when you submit prompts and generate responses with model inference.

This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginCreateCustomModelDeployment and EndCreateCustomModelDeployment.
