/AWS1/CL_SE2LSTRECOMMENDATIO01 is a "wrapper" for scalar type /AWS1/SE2LSTRECOMMENDATIONFI00. This wrapper enables the concept of "value is not set", similar to an Optional<> wrapper in Java. Wrappers are necessary because ABAP strings and other primitives are not nullable.
