Required arguments:¶

`iv_budgetname` `TYPE /AWS1/SCGBUDGETNAME` `/AWS1/SCGBUDGETNAME`¶

The name of the budget you want to disassociate.

`iv_resourceid` `TYPE /AWS1/SCGID` `/AWS1/SCGID`¶

The resource identifier you want to disassociate from. Either a portfolio-id or a product-id.
