/AWS1/IF_KNV=>UPDATEMEDIASTORAGECONF()¶
About UpdateMediaStorageConfiguration¶
Associates a SignalingChannel to a stream to store the media. There are
two signaling modes that you can specify :
-
If
StorageStatusis enabled, the data will be stored in theStreamARNprovided. In order for WebRTC Ingestion to work, the stream must have data retention enabled. -
If
StorageStatusis disabled, no data will be stored, and theStreamARNparameter will not be needed.
If StorageStatus is enabled, direct peer-to-peer (master-viewer) connections no
longer occur. Peers connect directly to the storage session. You must call the
JoinStorageSession API to trigger an SDP offer send and establish a
connection between a peer and the storage session.

Examples¶
Syntax Example¶
This is an example of the syntax for calling the method. It includes every possible argument and initializes every possible value. The data provided is not necessarily semantically accurate (for example the value "string" may be provided for something that is intended to be an instance ID, or in some cases two arguments may be mutually exclusive). The syntax shows the ABAP syntax for creating the various data structures.
DATA(lo_result) = lo_client->updatemediastorageconf(
io_mediastorageconfiguration = new /aws1/cl_knvmediastorageconf(
iv_status = |string|
iv_streamarn = |string|
)
iv_channelarn = |string|
).
This is an example of reading all possible response values
lo_result = lo_result.
IF lo_result IS NOT INITIAL.
ENDIF.
