/AWS1/CL_KN2PARALLELISMCONF¶
Describes parameters for how a Managed Service for Apache Flink application executes multiple tasks simultaneously. For more information about parallelism, see Parallel Execution in the Apache Flink Documentation.
CONSTRUCTOR¶
IMPORTING¶
Required arguments:¶
iv_configurationtype TYPE /AWS1/KN2CONFIGURATIONTYPE /AWS1/KN2CONFIGURATIONTYPE¶
Describes whether the application uses the default parallelism for the Managed Service for Apache Flink service. You must set this property to
CUSTOMin order to change your application'sAutoScalingEnabled,Parallelism, orParallelismPerKPUproperties.
Optional arguments:¶
iv_parallelism TYPE /AWS1/KN2PARALLELISM /AWS1/KN2PARALLELISM¶
Describes the initial number of parallel tasks that a Managed Service for Apache Flink application can perform. If
AutoScalingEnabledis set to True, Managed Service for Apache Flink increases theCurrentParallelismvalue in response to application load. The service can increase theCurrentParallelismvalue up to the maximum parallelism, which isParalellismPerKPUtimes the maximum KPUs for the application. The maximum KPUs for an application is 64 by default, and can be increased by requesting a limit increase. If application load is reduced, the service can reduce theCurrentParallelismvalue down to theParallelismsetting.
iv_parallelismperkpu TYPE /AWS1/KN2PARALLELISMPERKPU /AWS1/KN2PARALLELISMPERKPU¶
Describes the number of parallel tasks that a Managed Service for Apache Flink application can perform per Kinesis Processing Unit (KPU) used by the application. For more information about KPUs, see Amazon Managed Service for Apache Flink Pricing.
iv_autoscalingenabled TYPE /AWS1/KN2BOOLEANOBJECT /AWS1/KN2BOOLEANOBJECT¶
Describes whether the Managed Service for Apache Flink service can increase the parallelism of the application in response to increased throughput.
Queryable Attributes¶
ConfigurationType¶
Describes whether the application uses the default parallelism for the Managed Service for Apache Flink service. You must set this property to
CUSTOMin order to change your application'sAutoScalingEnabled,Parallelism, orParallelismPerKPUproperties.
Accessible with the following methods¶
| Method | Description |
|---|---|
GET_CONFIGURATIONTYPE() |
Getter for CONFIGURATIONTYPE, with configurable default |
ASK_CONFIGURATIONTYPE() |
Getter for CONFIGURATIONTYPE w/ exceptions if field has no v |
HAS_CONFIGURATIONTYPE() |
Determine if CONFIGURATIONTYPE has a value |
Parallelism¶
