About CreateProject¶
The IoT SiteWise Monitor feature will no longer be open to new customers starting November 7, 2025. If you would like to use the IoT SiteWise Monitor feature, sign up prior to that date. Existing customers can continue to use the service as normal. For more information, see IoT SiteWise Monitor availability change.
Creates a project in the specified portal.
Make sure that the project name and description don't contain confidential information.

IMPORTING¶
Required arguments:¶
iv_portalid TYPE /AWS1/IOSID /AWS1/IOSID¶
The ID of the portal in which to create the project.
iv_projectname TYPE /AWS1/IOSNAME /AWS1/IOSNAME¶
A friendly name for the project.
Optional arguments:¶
iv_projectdescription TYPE /AWS1/IOSDESCRIPTION /AWS1/IOSDESCRIPTION¶
A description for the project.
iv_clienttoken TYPE /AWS1/IOSCLIENTTOKEN /AWS1/IOSCLIENTTOKEN¶
A unique case-sensitive identifier that you can provide to ensure the idempotency of the request. Don't reuse this client token if a new idempotent request is required.
it_tags TYPE /AWS1/CL_IOSTAGMAP_W=>TT_TAGMAP TT_TAGMAP¶
A list of key-value pairs that contain metadata for the project. For more information, see Tagging your IoT SiteWise resources in the IoT SiteWise User Guide.
