Information about the metric configuration for an evaluation form question. Use this to associate a business outcome metric with a question.

CONSTRUCTOR

IMPORTING

Required arguments:

iv_metrictype TYPE /AWS1/CNTEVALFORMMETRICTYPE /AWS1/CNTEVALFORMMETRICTYPE

The type of metric. Currently, only BUSINESS_OUTCOME is supported.

iv_metricname TYPE /AWS1/CNTEVALFORMMETRICNAME /AWS1/CNTEVALFORMMETRICNAME

The name of the metric. Valid values are:

  • SALE_SUCCESS – Sale success.

  • CSAT – Customer satisfaction.

  • CHURN_PROPENSITY – Churn propensity.

  • SELF_SERVICE_SUCCESS – Self-service success.

  • PARTIAL_SELF_SERVICE_SUCCESS – Partial self-service success.

Queryable Attributes

MetricType

The type of metric. Currently, only BUSINESS_OUTCOME is supported.

Accessible with the following methods

Method Description
GET_METRICTYPE() Getter for METRICTYPE, with configurable default
ASK_METRICTYPE() Getter for METRICTYPE w/ exceptions if field has no value
HAS_METRICTYPE() Determine if METRICTYPE has a value

MetricName

The name of the metric. Valid values are:

  • SALE_SUCCESS – Sale success.

  • CSAT – Customer satisfaction.

  • CHURN_PROPENSITY – Churn propensity.

  • SELF_SERVICE_SUCCESS – Self-service success.

  • PARTIAL_SELF_SERVICE_SUCCESS – Partial self-service success.
