Adds tags to a resource.

Required arguments:¶

`iv_arn` `TYPE /AWS1/CNKARN` `/AWS1/CNKARN`¶

The Amazon Resource Name (ARN)

`it_tags` `TYPE /AWS1/CL_CNKTAGS_W=>TT_TAGS` `TT_TAGS`¶

A map of of key-value pairs that represent tags on a resource. Tags are used to organize, track, or control access for this resource.
