To get help from SAP, SAP requires, at the minimum, a business support agreement with AWS. [AWS Business Support](https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/business-support/) provides resources and technical support for customers running SAP workloads on AWS. If you have any AWS-related technical issues, you can open a case with either SAP or AWS, and it will be routed to the appropriate teams. AWS also offers [AWS Enterprise Support](https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/enterprise-support/) for customers running mission critical production workloads on AWS.
