AWS managed policy: AmazonSageMakerHyperPodTrainingOperatorAccess

This policy provides administrative permissions required to set up the SageMaker HyperPod training operator. It enables access to SageMaker HyperPod and Amazon EKS add-ons. The policy includes permissions to describe the SageMaker HyperPod resources in your account.
