# DisableTrustAnchor


Disables a trust anchor. When disabled, temporary credential requests specifying this trust anchor are unauthorized.

 **Required permissions: ** `rolesanywhere:DisableTrustAnchor`. 

## Request Syntax

POST /trustanchor/trustAnchorId/disable HTTP/1.1
```

## URI Request Parameters


The request uses the following URI parameters.

 ** [trustAnchorId](#API_DisableTrustAnchor_RequestSyntax) **   <a name="rolesanywhere-DisableTrustAnchor-request-uri-trustAnchorId"></a>
The unique identifier of the trust anchor.  
Length Constraints: Fixed length of 36.  
Pattern: `.*[a-f0-9]{8}-([a-z0-9]{4}-){3}[a-z0-9]{12}.*`   
Required: Yes

The request does not have a request body.
