Each service includes **2 failure mode assessments per month** in the base $15 per service per month fee for services with up to 150 resources.

For services with more than 150 resources, each of the 2 included assessments is charged at $0.10 per resource above the 150-resource threshold. Additional assessments beyond the 2 included per month are charged at the same per-resource rate, with a minimum of 50 resources per assessment.
