Support escalation path
If you cannot resolve an issue for an integration using the troubleshooting steps, follow this escalation path:

Gather diagnostic information:
Integration configuration details
Error messages and timestamps
Steps to reproduce the issue
Environment details if applicable (Online vs. Server, version)

Check Amazon Quick service health and known issues in the console.

Contact AWS Support through the Amazon Quick console or AWS Support Center.

For complex authentication or permission issues, be prepared to involve your administrator.
