Managing Quick Flows - Amazon Quick

Managing Quick Flows

As an administrator, you have comprehensive control over how Amazon Quick Flows operates within your organization. These administrative capabilities enable you to establish governance policies, manage user permissions, control feature availability, and oversee the Amazon Bedrock models available to flow creators.

Administrative management of Quick Flows encompasses two primary areas: permissions and asset management through the Custom Permissions and Asset Management pages, and Amazon Bedrock model allowlisting for controlling which AI models flow creators can use in their workflows. These controls ensure that Quick Flows deployment aligns with your organization's security, compliance, and operational requirements.

Administrative access requirements

To manage Quick Flows settings, you must have administrator privileges in your Amazon Quick instance. Administrative controls are available through the Amazon Quick console's management interface, where you can configure permissions, manage assets, and control model availability.
