# How users upgrade their license

## To upgrade from the Home Page
<a name="upgrade-from-home-page"></a>

1. Navigate to the Amazon Quick Home Page

1. Locate the "Explore the powerful new features of Amazon Quick" section at the top of the page

1. If needed, choose **Show More** to view all available feature cards

1. Select a feature card that interests you (such as AI features or Automation)

1. Review the feature description and benefits in the modal that appears

1. Choose **Request an upgrade to Professional** or **Request an upgrade to Enterprise**

1. Choose **Confirm Upgrade**

**What happens next:**
+ **Auto-approval enabled:** Users see a message: "Your access is being upgraded. Check back in 10 min to continue." The upgrade processes automatically within approximately 10 minutes.
+ **Admin approval required:** Users see a message: "Your request has been sent. An email will be sent when approved." The administrator will review and process the request.

## To upgrade when reaching usage limits

+ When users reach their usage threshold, a notification appears in their current workflow
+ Users review their current usage and the limits of the next tier
+ Choose **Upgrade Now** to continue work
+ Review the pricing and features included in the new tier
+ Choose **Confirm Upgrade**

## To view and compare license tiers

+ From any upgrade prompt, choose **View License Tiers**
+ Review the features and pricing for each tier
+ Compare current tier with available upgrade options
+ Select the tier that best meets needs
+ Choose **Upgrade** to proceed

## Viewing current license
<a name="viewing-current-license"></a>

To check current license tier and usage:

1. Choose the profile icon in the top-right corner

1. The current license tier is displayed directly in the profile dropdown
