# GenerateAccessLogs

Returns the website access logs for a specific time range using a presigned URL. 

## Request Syntax

## URI Request Parameters

The request uses the following URI parameters.

 ** [appId](#API_GenerateAccessLogs_RequestSyntax) **   <a name="amplify-GenerateAccessLogs-request-uri-appId"></a>
The unique ID for an Amplify app.   
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 20.  
Pattern: `d[a-z0-9]+`   
Required: Yes

The request accepts the following data in JSON format.

The name of the domain.   
Type: String  
Length Constraints: Maximum length of 64.  
Pattern: `^(((?!-)[A-Za-z0-9-]{0,62}[A-Za-z0-9])\.)+((?!-)[A-Za-z0-9-]{1,62}[A-Za-z0-9])(\.)?$`   
Required: Yes

 ** [endTime](#API_GenerateAccessLogs_RequestSyntax) **   <a name="amplify-GenerateAccessLogs-request-endTime"></a>
The time at which the logs should end. The time range specified is inclusive of the end time.   
Type: Timestamp  
Required: No

 ** [startTime](#API_GenerateAccessLogs_RequestSyntax) **   <a name="amplify-GenerateAccessLogs-request-startTime"></a>
The time at which the logs should start. The time range specified is inclusive of the start time.   
Type: Timestamp

The pre-signed URL for the requested access logs.

Length Constraints: Maximum length of 1000.

 ** UnauthorizedException **   
An operation failed due to a lack of access.
