Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 128.  
Pattern: `.+`   
Required: Yes

The string value associated with the key of the tag.  
Type: String  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 0. Maximum length of 256.  
Pattern: `.*`   
Required: Yes
