ListVariantImportJobs

Important

AWS HealthOmics variant stores and annotation stores will no longer be open to new customers starting November 7, 2025. Retrieves a list of variant import jobs.

URI Request Parameters

The request uses the following URI parameters.

maxResults

The maximum number of import jobs to return in one page of results.

Valid Range: Minimum value of 1. Maximum value of 100.

nextToken

Specify the pagination token from a previous request to retrieve the next page of results.

Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 10000.

The request accepts the following data in JSON format.

filter

A filter to apply to the list.

Type: ListVariantImportJobsFilter object

Required: No

ids

A list of job IDs.

Type: Array of strings

Array Members: Minimum number of 1 item. Maximum number of 20 items.

Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 50.
