# Understanding listing fees for AWS Marketplace sellers

AWS Marketplace offers standard and regional listing fees for AWS Marketplace sellers. Listing fees appear as a single line item in the listing fee invoice issued by AWS. The fee is calculated based on the pre-tax Total Contract Value (TCV). This applies to all uplifts, including [Regional offer listing fees](#regional-offer-listing-fees).

**Sellers in India**  
Sellers in India have specific listing fee structures with GST applied and automatic deductions from disbursements. For detailed information, see [Sellers in India FAQ](india-seller-faq.md).

These listing fees are effective as of January 5, 2024 at midnight UTC.

## Understanding fees for standard offer listings in AWS Marketplace
<a name="standard-offer-listing-fees"></a>

Learn about listing fees for standard public offers, private offers, channel partner private offers (CPPOs), and professional services. AWS Marketplace offers the following listing fees for products.

**Public offer listing fees**

Listing fees for software and data public offers are determined by the deployment method:
+ Software-as-a-service (SaaS) – 3%
+ Server (Amazon Machine Image (AMI), container, and machine learning) – 20%
+ AWS Data Exchange – 3%

**Private offer listing fees**

Listing fees for private offers are determined by the total contract value and whether the private offer is renewed from a previous private offer or a previous agreement outside of AWS Marketplace:
+ Less than \$11M – 3%
+ Between \$11M and less than \$110M – 2%
+ Equal to or greater than \$110M – 1.5%
+ All renewals – 1.5%

**Channel partner private offer (CPPO) listing fees**

CPPO products have a .5% uplift on the listing fee, regardless of the offer type or deployment method. For example, if the product is a SaaS private offer with a total contract value of less than \$11M, the listing fee would be 3.5%.

**Professional services listing fees**

All professional service offerings have a 2.5% listing fee for private offers.

## Understanding fees for regional offer listings in AWS Marketplace
<a name="regional-offer-listing-fees"></a>

An additional regional listing fee will be applied to the standard listing fees for your transactions with buyers in the following jurisdiction(s).

**Note**  
Regional listing fees are additive with the standard listing fee. For example, if the product is a SaaS private offer with a total contract value of less than \$11M sold to a buyer in South Korea, the listing fee would be 4% (3% standard private offer listing fees plus a 1% regional listing fee).
