# Purchasing a Multi-Product Solution

## Step 1: Request a Private Offer
<a name="step-1-request-private-offer"></a>

**Note**  
You can proceed directly to Step 3 if you have negotiated with the partner outside of Marketplace and have an offer set from the partner
+ Navigate to the solution detail page for your chosen solution
+ Choose "Request Private Offer" to initiate contact with the seller
+ Your request goes through automated verification and is sent to the partner
+ The partner will contact you to discuss your specific requirements

## Step 2: Negotiate and Customize

 Work with the partner to: 
+ Refine the solution components based on your needs
+ Add or remove products from the solution
+ Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract duration for each component
+ Define implementation timelines and support requirements
+ Discuss any custom integration or configuration needs

## Step 3: Review the Offer Set
<a name="step-3-review-offer-set"></a>

 Once the partner extends an offer set to you: 
+ **Access the Offer Set**: You'll receive an email notification with a link to review the offer set. Alternatively you can go AWS Console → AWS Marketplace → Private Offers to view the offer set.
+ **Review Each Offer**: Choose the offer set ID to see all included offers and their terms
+ **Check Details**: Review pricing, contract duration, payment terms, and EULAs for each offer
+ **Verify Total Cost**: Confirm the complete solution cost meets your budget
+ **Attach Purchase Order (PO)**: Attach purchase orders if required (can use same PO or separate POs per charge)

## Step 4: Accept the Offer Set

+ Review all offers one final time
+ Choose "Accept offer set" to accept all included offers simultaneously
+ Receive confirmation that agreements have been created for each product
+ Access your new subscriptions through AWS Marketplace
+ Set up your account/launch from the confirmation page or Manage Subscriptions page
