The condition for the stage. A condition is made up of the rules and the result for the condition. Valid Values: `ROLLBACK | FAIL | RETRY | SKIP`

The rules that make up the condition.  
Type: Array of [RuleDeclaration](API_RuleDeclaration.md) objects  
Array Members: Minimum number of 1 item. Maximum number of 5 items.  
Required: No
