Letter of Authorization (LOA)
The Singapore registration form collects brand information (the display name must match your SGNIC registered sender name), use case selection, a screen recording, privacy policy and terms of service URLs, your Singapore business registration document (Bizfile) from ACRA, and an RBM Letter of Authorization (LOA) template. Although the Bizfile and LOA fields are marked optional in the form, they are required for Singtel carrier approval – Singtel is the largest carrier in Singapore, so we strongly recommend providing both documents when you submit your registration.
Complete the LOA template with your date, brand owner company name and UEN, the authorized employees table, the protected Sender ID(s) table, brand contact information, and the authorized signatory signature.
Important
The completed LOA must be printed on your company letterhead and must include your company stamp. LOAs submitted without company letterhead or a company stamp will be rejected.
