Specifies the billing mode for WorkSpace Instances. MONTHLY provides fixed monthly rates for predictable budgeting, while HOURLY enables pay-per-second billing for actual usage.  
Type: String  
Valid Values: `MONTHLY | HOURLY`   
Required: Yes
