# GetModelPackageGroupPolicy


Gets a resource policy that manages access for a model group. For information about resource policies, see [Identity-based policies and resource-based policies](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/IAM/latest/UserGuide/access_policies_identity-vs-resource.html) in the * AWS Identity and Access Management User Guide.*.

The request accepts the following data in JSON format.

The name of the model group for which to get the resource policy.  
Type: String  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 63.  
Pattern: `[a-zA-Z0-9](-*[a-zA-Z0-9]){0,62}`   
Required: Yes

If the action is successful, the service sends back an HTTP 200 response.

The following data is returned in JSON format by the service.
