Purchase orders for renewals
A purchase order (PO) mapped to your current active agreement carries over automatically to the renewal agreement when it is created, so your procurement references stay in place without any action from you.

If your current active agreement has a payment schedule with a PO mapped to each payment, the PO from the last payment in that schedule carries over to every payment of the renewal agreement.

After a renewal agreement becomes active, you can edit the PO on individual payments in its payment schedule.
