Managing evaluations

An evaluation is how Amazon Connect Talent measures a candidate for a job. Recruiters create, configure, publish, and manage evaluations. Each evaluation measures a candidate against the competencies for the job using assessments, an AI-led interview, or both.

As an administrator, you set up the knowledge base, settings, and access that support recruiters. Recruiters then build and publish the evaluations that candidates complete. For how to set up these resources, see Settings.
