The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the license configuration.  
Type: String  
Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 2048.  
Pattern: `arn:aws(-[^:]+)?:license-manager:[a-z0-9-]+:[0-9]{12}:license-configuration:[a-zA-Z0-9_-]+`   
Required: Yes
